Despite their sizable breadth and impact, community microgrids are generally studied for their technical and engineering considerations. Mahmood Muttaqee, a doctoral candidate in public policy at Oregon State University (OSU), and his team are expanding this body of knowledge by investigating community perceptions of microgrids.
