Co-hosted by the Building Efficiency for a Sustainable Tomorrow (BEST) Center, which is sponsored by the National Science Foundation and based at the California Institute for Energy and Environment (CIEE) and CITRIS and the Banatao Institute, and the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (Berkeley Lab), the three-day national institute will center around the theme: “Building Technician Education in a Time of Challenges and Innovation.”
