On June 26, Dr. Therese Peffer presented the Oakland EcoBlock project for the Stanford Building Decarbonization Learning Accelerator (BDLA) program. In her talk, Therese delved into the technical details, challenges and opportunities, and lessons learned from the project, which is transforming an urban neighborhood block in Oakland with home performance, electrification, and shared rooftop solar.
