Don’t Think Heat Pumps Are Sexy? This Slow Jam Could Change Your Mind

A pair of Berkeley bandmates, Mike Roberts and Will Hammond Jr., have teamed up on a new song that combines their passions for music and climate advocacy. Titled “(I’m Your) Heat Pump,” the sultry R&B ballad balances humor with education as it praises the virtues of heat pumps, appliances that use electricity to heat and cool buildings.
