EcoBlock Principal Investigator (PI) and Energy team co-lead Dr. Alexandra “Sascha” von Meier participated in a California Council on Science and Technology (CCST) expert briefing on March 30, 2022. Titled “The Role of Microgrids in Providing Reliable and Equitable Access to Electricity,” the panel discussed how communities across California are designing and installing microgrids to improve resilience and meet current climate change and environmental justice goals.
