In light of recent developments in California’s energy landscape, the Sustainable Systems Research Foundation (SSRF) in Santa Cruz, CA recently commissioned “A Political Analysis of Microgrids & California’s Over-the-Fence Rule” to illustrate and illuminate how the action takes place through the State’s political system.
