Community Clean Energy: Lessons from the Oakland EcoBlock

On May 29, Dr. Miriam Aczel, with support from Dr. Phillippe Phanivong, presented the Oakland EcoBlock as part of the United Nations University Institute for Water, Environment and Health (UNU-INWEH)’s Science Talk series. Miriam shared lessons learned from the project, which aims to achieve communal ownership and management of shared energy resources for an underserved neighborhood in Oakland, CA.
